All room types with window or without window is subject to availability. Absolutely wonderful! Thoughtful staff, extremely helpful and this kuala lumpur hotel has to be the best for location. Rooms are rather small but comfortable non the less. (Always opt for room with window!) breakfast was great too! Good, the breakfast is good too.. just will feel the room abit small.

Superb location on the heart of Wolo Bukit Bintang. Easy walking distance to Pavilion, Starhill gallery, Lot 10 & Sungei Wang. Lots of food stalls & restaurants. You can catch a movie in Pavilion at night & walking distance back to hotel in less than 1 min. Room amentities is nice & room is super cozy. Tatami style bedding setup that you will jave very sound sleep even despite the noisy work site just right in front of the hotel door step. Windows is sound proof as well as the rooms as well. You will never hear any disturbing noise from neighbors!

Shangrila Kuala Lumpur met up to our expectations. Good location.. easy to get to KLCC and pavillion, staff were friendly, room comfortable one of the best ina hotel we had stayed at. Pool was great too....the only downside is that around the hotel area there is a lot of construction and so the tranquility.
The Premier King Room in Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur. The customer service was excellent and the in room dining was pretty fantastic. The room was rather spacious too. The location of it makes it ideal to explore KL as well. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly and will gladly return to stay here in future!

The location of the hotel is central which is very good. Everything in our room worked perfectly. Buffet breakfast had a good array of western and traditional foods... And the pool was great to small children. Across the road from the Pavillion Shopping Centre - Great location!
